ā Strict NO VISITOR Policy. In case of a violation, the reservation will be terminated without a refund. Additionally, a penalty of INR 3,000 per visitor per instance will be charged
ā Check-in and check-out times are fixed as per the listing. Overstay will result in additional charges of INR 3,000 per hour.
ā Indecency or smoking in the COMMON AREAS of the building is strictly not allowed.
ā Any damage/loss done to anything inside the apartment post your check-in will be your responsibility and charges to repair/replace the same have to be borne by you

ā If checkin is done before 8 PM then caretaker will be available. After 8 PM self check-in using lockbox has to be done
